Users must provide accurate information when registering, listing equipment, or finalizing transactions. You agree not to:

• List fraudulent or misrepresented items.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent our marketplace fees by completing transactions outside the platform after initial contact.

4. Transactions & Fees

Sellers and buyers agree to the fees disclosed during the listing and checkout processes. All payments must be processed through our approved secure payment gateways to qualify for transaction protection.

5. Equipment Listings & Inspection

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Buyers are strongly encouraged to utilize our verification and inspection services or conduct their own thorough due diligence before completing a purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aesthetic.Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform or any transactions conducted through it.
